(“DISH Wireless”) filed a petition requesting that the Commission designate DISH Wireless as an eligible telecommunications carrier (ETC) in the state of New Mexico (“Petition”). NOTICE is hereby given by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (“Commission” or NMPRC) of the following matter:
